—Cancellation: full refund if cancelled more than 21 days before check-in (high season) or more than 7 days (other periods). No refund within these windows.
—Early departure / interruption of stay: in the event of early departure, late arrival, or interruption of the stay for any reason, no refund will be due. The full stay amount remains payable to the owner.
