Payment Terms
High Season
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is required to secure your high-season booking.
Balance: The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival. Failure to pay the balance by this deadline will result in the cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of the deposit.
Cancellation: Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are subject to a 100% penalty of the total stay price.
